What is the Tri Association?
The Tri Association is an organization made up of Tahoe Cedars Property Owners Association, Water's Edge Condominiums and Sugar Pine Lakeside Condominiums.
What do we do?
This Association represents the three owners of a pier and buoy field on Lake Tahoe. This facility is dedicated to the members of each association.
About the buoy field
The buoy field consists of 38 buoys and a pier specifically built and designed for its members use, primarily during the summer months.
How do you get a buoy?
Buoys can only be reserved by being an owner or member of Tahoe Cedars Property Owners Assn, Water's Edge Condo Assn or Sugarpine Lakeside Condos Assn.
